Bistronomy stands for gastronomic cuisine in a relaxed atmosphere where everyone can go for a family meal or business lunch with an eye for an interesting price/quality ratio in a contemporary setting brightened up by light artist Yves Pauwels from Asse.
In the kitchen, Michel Borsy is in charge, flanked by Romaric Gbedassi and pastry chef Ewen McCallum.
An ideal hotel kitchen
The professional restaurant kitchen was designed and custom made by Maes Inox. A lot of workspace and storage space as well as a stainless steel kitchen worktop were chosen. The kitchen appliances such as the stove and oven were thus positioned for an optimal workflow during the service. In consultation with the client, chef and sous-chefs, this kitchen came to life. It is a wonderful project in which a great deal of attention has been paid to the various applications that are required here, namely both hotel and restaurant kitchens.
