The concept of restaurant Maste, the interior and the cuisine are inspired by the Scandinavian 'hygge' culture combined with quality and an ardent passion for pure dishes and regional products. Chef Sam's cooking coasts have already been awarded several titles and prizes.
We're going for a modern, industrial look, without it getting cool. Warmth and conviviality are essential at Maste.
Sam consciously chooses pure ingredients. The Scandinavian cuisine has inspired Maste enormously, but we do give it a Belgian twist. That Nordic touch can be found in small nuances and accents.
